Types of CBD Oil
When choosing a CBD oil you may come across some marketed as “full spectrum”, “broad spectrum” or “isolate”. These are the terms given to different levels of refining of the oil. A full spectrum is as close to the natural oil off the plant, often including a range of other cannabinoids, and terpenes. A broad spectrum oil is one that has been refined to remove the trace mounts of THC found in the oils natural form. Unfortunately this process also removes the terpenes and a bunch of other cannabinoids, leaving primary CBD and a few others. CBD isolate generally comes in 99% pure plain CBD. Even further refined to remove everything except the cannabidiol, this is the purest form of CBD available.
